Area of the project 12790m2The project consists of three stories in addition to the basement floor and pilot plant for services and parking area and guard house.The main building contains workshops , class rooms, library, administration offices. The building supported by fire alarm system, fire fighting sprinkler system ,fire alarm system, MATV system , Public addressable system, central air conditioning system and central water heating system (chillers), access control system. The workshops provided by central gas system connected with the fire alarm panel and fire fighting panel. All the systems controller and monitored by building management system. Outside the building provided by automatic irrigation system and the area around the building controlled and secured by electrical gates and electronic barriers.
