The project consists of two stories and service first floor consists of labs for testing the materials with full furniture supplied including relocation of equipment with gas system, central air conditioning system, fire alarm connected to Dukhan control room, hose real fire fighting system with cabinets second floor administration offices. Service building consists of two rooms one room for the gas cylinder supply, irrigation water tank. External work includes asphalt work , irrigation system, plantation, drainage work, rain water surface drainage and parking area. The total amount of the contract 14,500,000 Q.R.
